These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Johnson Roofing website located at johnsonroofingaz.com (the "Site"), as well as any estimates, consultations, and roofing services provided by Johnson Roofing LLC. By accessing this Site or requesting our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use this Site or our services.

Johnson Roofing LLC ("Johnson Roofing," "we," "us," or "our") is an Arizona limited liability company providing residential and commercial roofing services throughout the greater Phoenix metropolitan area. Our office is located at 1121 S. Horne Rd., Mesa, AZ 85204. We are licensed by the Arizona Registrar of Contractors under License No. ROC #272325, and we are bonded and insured. 2. Acceptance of Terms

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Warranties and Guarantees

Johnson Roofing stands behind its workmanship. We offer a 5-year guarantee on express leak repairs, and warranty-backed installations for full roof replacements. Manufacturer warranties on roofing materials are separate from our workmanship guarantee and are subject to the respective manufacturer's terms, registration requirements, and limitations. Specific warranty terms for your project will be detailed in your written contract. Warranties do not cover damage caused by severe weather events, improper maintenance, structural movement, or modifications made by third parties.

6. Right to Cancel

In accordance with Arizona law, you may have the right to cancel a home improvement contract within three (3) business days after signing the contract. Specific cancellation instructions and any applicable conditions will be provided in your written contract. This right to cancel does not apply to emergency repairs or services that you request to be performed immediately, and it may be waived in writing for urgent situations.

7. Arizona Registrar of Contractors

Johnson Roofing operates under Arizona Registrar of Contractors License No. ROC #272325. For information regarding our license status or to file a complaint, you may contact the Arizona Registrar of Contractors at roc.az.gov or by phone at 1-877-692-9766. We are also BBB accredited with an A+ rating.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, photographs, service descriptions, pricing information, page layouts, and design elements — is the property of Johnson Roofing LLC and is protected by United States copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The Johnson Roofing name and logo are trademarks of Johnson Roofing LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or otherwise use any content from this Site without our prior written consent, except as permitted by fair use under applicable law.
